Absolutely horrific company..

No words... No words.. Not shocking walter investment management stock had been tanking.... I can't even believe what they do is even legal.....

Honestly..

Just received my most recent bill. It appears to be more detailed as far as escrow payments, principle, interest and total balance. Appears spot on. Due date 9/1 and specifies no late fees until after 9/15. 

Mortgage servicing scams...

Interesting read.. Borderline "conspiracy theory" like but it does jive with many of the personal comments/experiences I have read on various sites...

About Me..

If you are reading this now, chances are you are a "customer" of Green Tree Servicing and have read all of the horrific stories on the internet. I, too, recently have had my mortgage (Bank Of America) transferred to this "servicing" company. I will be using this blog to document my experience with them.. Good or, more than likely, bad.

I am two payments in. So far, besides the $12.00 fee to pay online. No problems to speak of.

We shall wait and see...

Hmmmmm... So, in order to register or sign into an account on their website you must agree to the following terms..
